ECO-UNESCO visit
Brilliant day was had on Thursday with Sadhbh, an Ecologist, who came to SETNS from ECO-UNESCO to facilitate two workshops; Waste Warriors & Marine Life. The two classes were split so that each group had a nice mix from Fiona's and Sylvia's class.
The pupils learned loads of interesting facts and also easy steps we can all do to help to Reduce - Reuse - Recycle. If you know any-one in 6th class please feel free to ask them what they think was the most interesting thing they gleaned from their time with Sadhbh.
Afterwards, the groups continued working together to share their new knowledge with pals who were in the other session. Great conversations were had and everyone worked superbly in a team as you can see in our photos.
